If you fancy charging down a long fast barrel onto a shallow gnarly reef, Guillotines is for you. If you’d rather keep your head, relax with a bottle of the namesake Shiraz. Enjoy firm tannins and spicy cherry flavours with a finish that won’t leave you gasping for breath. Heads up!

WINEMAKER’S NOTE: Deep red purple with medium intensity. Fine tannins across the palate together with spiced blackberry flavours.
VINTAGE: 2020 was a perfect vintage for red wines. The maturation period through the growing season saw the consistent Western Australia South West weather patterns giving rise to good canopy development and soil moisture levels with good maturities across all varieties.
VINEYARDS: The fruit for our Bunkers label was selected and sourced from contract growers across the South West of Western Australia.
VINIFICATION: Fermented for seven days on skins, pressed and run off to seasoned oak, the wine was matured for twelve months prior to release.
