Our WINES

The Bunkers winemaking philosophy is to make wines that are a true reflection of the vineyard with minimal wine making interference.  

Our Chief Winemaker is the highly talented Severine Logan, who joined us following her 12 years as Head Winemaker at Watershed Premium Wines. She is a highly respected winemaker and has judged on the French and Australian wine show circuit.

The Bunkers Clearwater Estate vineyard is situated in the northern part of the Margaret River wine region. The deep red loam and gravelly soils impart a richness and depth of flavour to the wines and the and proximity to the coast provides perfect mild growing conditions.
