Bunkers celebrates some of Margaret River’s greatest surf breaks. The region is a magnet for both wine lovers and surfers from all over the world.

Not for the faint-hearted, the Lefthanders break is a blend of big unpredictable swells with a jagged, rocky finish. The wine of the same name will treat you a lot more kindly. Raise your left hand and savour the freshness and intensity of this crisp Margaret River gem. Goofy footer!

WINEMAKER’S NOTE : A classic blend from Margaret River - pale green in colour, with aromas of succulent Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. The palate is flint dry, with an explosive first impact of sweet racy fruit, creamy middle palate with a fine and lengthy finish.

VINTAGE: A fine vintage for whites from Margaret River.

VINEYARDS: Our vineyards are in northern Margaret River with soils of mostly fine clay loams over ironstone. All vines are vertically shoot positioned and run in north south aspect.

VINIFICATION: Harvested in early morning, crushed grapes were juice-extracted to a bright condition and cold fermented in stainless steel, then early bottled to retain varietal character.
