Bunkers celebrates some of Margaret River’s greatest surf breaks. The region is a magnet for both wine lovers and surfers from all over the world.

Windmills is an exposed beach that mixes fast breaking left and right hander’s for plenty of action. For those wine tastes that straddle red and white styles, the Windmills Rosé may well be the perfect break. Its delicate hue masks complex flavours of summer fruits and winter berries.

WINEMAKER’S NOTE: An attractive pale light pink colour with subtle forest fruit and spice aromas. The palate is lively with floral notes and raspberry flavours leading to a crisp, ultra-dry finish.

VINTAGE: A wet Spring followed by dry and warm summer made for early ripening and good flavour intensity development in red varieties for Rose production.

VINEYARDS: Our vineyards are in northern Margaret River with soils of mostly fine clay loams. All vines are vertically shoot positioned and run in north south aspect.

VINIFICATION: Grapes were crushed and chilled to very low temperatures. The lightly pressed juice was clarified, fermented and held cold until bottling.
