Bunkers celebrates some of the South West’s greatest surf breaks. The region is a magnet for both wine lovers and surfers from all over the world.

Sitting out in the breaks, watching the ocean sparkle, you understand the lure and attraction that brings to mind the songs of mermaids. Pale straw with a vibrant green gold hue, this wine displays fresh fruit characters on the nose with a light toastiness. The palate is soft and fruity leading to a crisp natural finish. WINEMAKER’S NOTE: This Swan Valley Chenin has been made only from pristine cold – pressed free run juice fractions. Its fresh in the glass with a fine creamy palate, tight bead and a fine mousse.

VINTAGE: Our Bunkers Sparkling is a blended wine across vintages to give the best sparkling style.

VINEYARDS: The fruit was drawn from contracted grower vineyards in the Swan Valley region.

VINIFICATION: Grapes were cold pressed in the cool of night and the clear juice fermented with natural yeasts. 
A small dosage was added to balance the dry wine once secondary fermentation was completed.
